1. Reservations (Pre-Orders)
Kiwii Move is currently sold as a reservation. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships, for any reason. No restocking fee and no deduction applies to a reservation refund.
To cancel a reservation, email founders@kiwii.ai from the address you used to reserve. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of your request. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it to your account.
Your reservation does not authorize any further charge. We will email you before the balance is due, and you pay the remaining balance yourself. We will never automatically charge your card for the balance.
2. 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must be authorized before you ship anything back. Email founders@kiwii.ai with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Units sent back without authorization may be refused.

In every case in this Section 2:
- Return shipping is your responsibility. We provide a prepaid label so you get our carrier rate, and we deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. You will see the exact amount before you ship.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the unit, to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of approval.
This Section 2 applies to returns because you changed your mind. If your board arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, this Section does not apply — see our Limited Warranty policy, which sets out how we handle arrival issues and who pays shipping.
After 30 days, the right to return the product because you changed your mind ends. Support after that point is provided under our Limited Warranty policy.
Not eligible for return: items damaged after delivery, units that have been modified or opened for service by anyone other than Kiwii, and items marked final sale at the time of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
